I am ten years old live in the village and very much in love with it, my children were born and grow there. I was very pleased when four years ago in elections to the Municipal Council of the village of Molodezhnyj (Youth) I was given a large number of votes. And the biggest thanks to address of my constituents for me was to bring as much good and benefit of the villagers.
But due to some circumstances, I wasn't able to take part in the development of the village.
From the position of Head of Administration of the Municipal Education, I have been raised serious questions - such as village lighting, road cleaning, landscaping, repair of entrances of houses. And jointly with St. Petersburg Administration issues were addressed, and everybody saw it. Going hand in hand, you can do more. In that period, municipal deputies had very little authority to make critical decisions, and the funds in the local budget was not enough.
Since 1998, 1999. there was a question about the work of treatment facilities on the territory of the municipality. Most of which hardly worked. The district administration in the person of the Head of Administration Beglov Alexander Dmitrievich and the head of SES (Sanitary Epidemiological Station) Area Khizhnyak Tatiana Jurevna in this matter fully supported me, who understood the significance of the issue. We thought that a solution is found, and the issue of sewage treatment facilities, at last, started to be solved. But we were wrong. Realizing own impunity, the heads SES of the city (district) to bypass the law opened the camps, and in spite of the SES regulations Resort District, with non-working sewage treatment, camps started working.

- third from the head of the JSC DOK "Finder" ("Iskatel"), who had complained of regular control by official V. N. Vinogradov. But in the complaint, explained that the need for control still exists,
- the fourth complaint from a member of the legislative ASSEMBLY of A. N. Krivenchenko, which pointed to the need to send outgoing emails to his address as Chairman of the municipal Council and not signed by the head of Administration. A. N. Krivenchenko considered it insubordination. Utter nonsense.
And imagine, was issued Decree N 15 dated 15 September 2000. signed V.M. Drovosekov, which forbade me to the head of the executive body of the Municipal Council, to carry out the correspondence without the consent of V.M. Drovosekov, M.M. Kirilenko and B.V. Lobanov. And in my workbook is not even specified the article under which I was dismissed. I had no choice as to appeal to the Court with claim to recover my position. According to the court Zelenogorsk and urban N 2-166 from 08.11.2001I was restored in the previous post with the payment of wages during his forced absence. But the Municipal Council did not fulfill the decision of the court, respectively, to the work I was not allowed, and only the April 26, 2002 issued an order of the Municipal Council for the restoration of my position held with 13.10.2000. The Order came into force on 27.04.2002, the order of N 9 from 13.05.2002 I again fired for absenteeism. Again, I went to court and the decision of 14.11.2002 N 2-356 again restored.
Then on 15 November 2002, was issued order No. 18 on the restoration of my position, but I again was not allowed. I am very pleased that each of the deputies is a bright individuality, each has a direct, personal contact with their voters, and therefore, they do not know firsthand about the first needs of the residents of our village, and on the meeting will be to defend the point of view of their own and their constituents.
