Please be advised, that, in accordance with the Contract of supply of agricultural products № 55 dated 04.05.2006 CJSC Agrofirma «Vyborzhets» produced in the period from 01.08.2006 on 04.05.2006 in your address the supply of vegetables to the total amount of 534.645-57 rubles. Until today, that is, until «23» October 2006 you have not fully paid the delivered goods. In fact, the amount paid is 167.795-50 rubles.

Thus, the amount of debt to pay for the delivered goods is: 366.850-07 rubles.

In addition, you did not give the packaging back in the amount of 1.260-00 rubles. Total amount owed is 368.110-07 rubles;

Based on the above, you are invited to voluntarily to make repayment of the debt in the amount of__________________

within 5 days of receipt of this claim, in case of default of this requirement within the prescribed period measures will be taken to recover the debt through the courts, with charging fines for overdue period.

Information letter of 21.05.2008.

1. A number of claimants allege that the financial Director of LLC "PC "Childhood" in the last month and a half before the disappearance was Fisenko Valery Ivanovich, man above average height, well-built, blond, who looked 40 years.
