According to the contracts and statements of management of LLC «Childhood» all payments to suppliers were to be made in February - April, 2007 upon receipt of funds from the budgetary organizations Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region.

By the contractual terms LLC «Childhood» did not make payment for goods and provided services. There was no response to the claims in the address of the Company, the representatives of LLC «Childhood» do not come on the court, they do not execute the court decisio, there is no the company's management at the specified address of the legal entity.

Currently, some of the staff of LLC «Childhood» were fired, some of the staff were moved to the LLC «Trading House «Rainbow» (General Director is Lyudmila Vavilenko and other), Some were moved to the State Unitary Enterprise «Combine of the social feeding «Youth» (Chief commodity expert Kovalkova Natalia and others). No one knows where is the leadership of LLC «Childhood».

In a similar situation are some other organizations. The complainants assume that the leadership of LLC «Childhood» (M. Kirilenko, J. Silanteva, I. Ovechkin), disappeared abroad, after receiving budget money;

the leadership arrested by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office on the fact of poisoning of cadets of the Military Space Academy named Mozhaiskogo; the leadership of LLC «Childhood» was robbed and killed by criminals;

the leadership of LLC «Childhood» continues its activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.

On similar statements № К349КОL of 07.06.2007 to the Police of St. Petersburg we received a strange response (copy of the reply attached), and the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office for more than three months is absolutely not responds (statement of 02.07.2007).

We ask you to consider the matter and take appropriate action.

If necessary, the legal entities will provide copies of primary documents, certified by LLC «Childhood», about the receipt of goods and services.
